• What the Road show/ Introductory Visit will do: The 3 day visit will give participants a feel of the opportunities in general and in the Industry Segment they operate in. Participants will get to meet a cross section of people including Government/ Industry Associations/ Current incumbents in specific industries/ Bankers and will also get a flavor of history and culture of the Market.

• This will allow them to form their own opinion on the prospects of doing business. IBF will give them suggested next steps for their foray. So they will be able to take the first steps towards evaluating the Market as a business destination for their organizations following the visit.

• There is no commitment required that they will have to work with IBF after the visit. Interpreters will facilitate the non English speaking participants, if any.

• Cost: Will be organized by IBF on a no profit/no loss basis. Vouchers can be provided post the visit for the costs incurred. Hotel accommodation and local transportation will be booked on behalf of participants on discounted rates and payment will be made directly by participants. Exact costs will be worked out per participant based on specific needs around interpreters; local transportation etc after the agenda has been finalized.

• Agenda finalization will be done following dialogue with participants around visit expectations and specific objectives they may have which have not been covered by the standard agenda.
